Kent Emison represents victims injured by dangerous products automobile collisions and a variety of other cases including semi-truck accidents and train accidents. Many of these cases have included vehicle fires where people suffered severe burns as a direct result of defective fuel systems. Kent obtained one of the largest verdicts on record in Missouri for the parents of a small child killed by a defective fan. He has also focused on cases where semi-trucks have caused serious injuries to people because the trucks were negligently maintained, the driver committed error or the driver suffered from fatigue and cause an accident.
Kent currently serves as the President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA).
Additionally, Kent has had several articles published nationally in Trial Magazine and has spoken at numerous seminars throughout the country.
